Q: Do you offer free estimates?

-Yes! We offer free estimates for all projects. Once we understand the scope of the work, we'll provide clear pricing and explain exactly what's included.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

-Cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice may qualify a deposit refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit, and same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the job cost.

Q: How far out are you usually booked?

-Scheduling depends on the season and the size of the project. Smaller jobs may be available sooner, while larger outdoor or multi-day jobs may need to be scheduled further in advance.

Q: Do you provide materials?

-For most jobs, we can either supply the materials or give you a detailed shopping list if you prefer to purchase them yourself. If we supply materials, they are billed at cost plus a standard contractor markup to cover pickup, delivery, and handling.

Q: How do I schedule a service?

- You can schedule a service by calling, texting, or submitting a request through our website contact form. We'll follow up to discuss details and availability.

Q: Do you charge by the hour or by the job?

-Pricing depends on the type of work being completed. Some services are offered at a flat rate, while others are billed hourly based on labor, materials, accessibility, and project size.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

-Jobs under $150 do not require a deposit. Jobs between $150 to $500 require a 25% deposit, and jobs over $500 require a 50% deposit. All deposits are applied toward the final invoice.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

-We accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfers, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

-We proudly serve the Greater Baltimore metro region and surrounding areas. If unsure whether you're within our service area, feel free to call or text us.

Q: Are you insured?

-Yes, Honest Roots Property Care is fully insured. 

Q: Do you work weekends?

- Weekend availability may be limited depending on the season and workload, but we do our best to accommodate scheduling requests whenever possible.
