Deposit Policy

 

  • No deposit for jobs under $150

  • $150-$500 jobs require 25% deposit​

  • $500+ jobs require 50% deposit ​

All deposits are applied to final invoice.

Payment Methods

  • All major credit/debit cards (2.9% processing fee applies)

  • ACH bank transfers (recommended for larger jobs)

  • Zelle/Venmo

  • Cash​​

All jobs will be invoiced. Invoices are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours notice: deposit refunded

  • Less than 48 hours: deposit is none refundable.

  • Same-day cancellation: 100% of job cost charged​

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and exceptions may be made at our discretion. Weather related rescheduling will never incur a cancellation fee. Please ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled time, as delays of 30+ mins may be treated as same-day cancellation.

Senior & Military Discount

We are proud to offer a 10% courtesy discount for seniors and military members as a small way of saying thank you.​

This discount is applied to labor on qualifying services and is available upon request at time of booking or estimate. Eligibility may be verified prior to applying the discount.​
