Deposit Policy

 

  • No deposit for jobs under $150

  • $150-$500 jobs require 25% deposit​

  • $500+ jobs require 50% deposit 

All deposits are applied to final invoice.

Payment Methods

  • All major credit/debit cards (2.9% processing fee applies)

  • ACH bank transfers (recommended for larger jobs)

  • Zelle/Venmo

  • Cash

All jobs will be invoiced. Invoices are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours notice: deposit refunded

  • Less than 48 hours: deposit is none refundable.

  • Same-day cancellation: 100% of job cost charged

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and exceptions may be made at our discretion. Weather related rescheduling will never incur a cancellation fee. Please ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled time, as delays of 30+ mins may be treated as same-day cancellation.

Senior & Military Discount

We are proud to offer a 10% courtesy discount for seniors and military members as a small way of saying thank you.

This discount is applied to labor on qualifying services and is available upon request at time of booking or estimate. Eligibility may be verified prior to applying the discount.
